Privacy policy

In short

TodoCádiz has no user accounts, advertising or third-party analytics. The only form that stores data is the visitor review form.

What data is processed

• Reviews: the name you type (it can be a nickname), your rating and your comment, which are published after the checks described in the legal notice. We do not ask for your email. To limit spam we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), used only to count how many reviews come from the same connection per hour.
• Automatic translation: the text of a review (and of the news) is sent to a translation service (MyMemory or Google Cloud Translation, depending on configuration) to show it in the other language. Do not include personal data in your comments.
• Server logs: like any website, the server records the IP address, date, requested page and browser, only to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest), and deletes them periodically.
• Email: if you write to us we use your address only to reply.

Third-party content

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers (tile.openstreetmap.org), which receive your IP address according to the OSM Foundation privacy policy. Weather is requested from Open-Meteo by our server, so your browser does not contact it. News cards may show images hosted by the original media sites.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address; to delete a review, tell us the place and the date. If you think we have not handled your request properly you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
